Grace for the NEEDY

Batch 2005!

We need to raise a total amount of P 5, 500.00 to realize all the activities plotted for the batch grand reunion this august.

During the last post, there was a list of pledgees and pledges already. However, most of those amounts are allotted for a particular expense. For the P 5, 500.00 that we need to raise, Mary Grace Lacuna already promised to give P 500.00.

Breakdown for the expenses:

Accomodation P 1, 600.00
Food and Drinks 3, 500.00
Miscellaneous Exp 400.00
TOTAL P 5, 500.00

I'll be posting the breakdown for food (snacks, lunch, dinner)maybe tomorrow if I can.
